Adam was on time , professional and took very little time to address all of my problems. He was so efficient that he asked if there was anything else that might need to be addressed given that they have a minimum service call charge for an hour.

Awesome! We wish there were a score better than “A” because it would be deserved here. We have used SML in the past for some minor, routine repairs. When you are in an emergency situation – with no power – you really learn the depth and care of a company. Adam and Mike took great care of us…. recommending the best course of action and responding promptly (even texting us in the evening). They went the extra mile so we could turn on the power as quickly as possible. We will recommend them to all and use them again in the future…. hopefully not for a new electrical box!
